How long is it?
4-months with the option to extend the coaching
What’s the format?
Live or Virtual
Program Overview:
- Complete the iConnect communications assessment
- Introductory meeting with the leader and the executive coach
- Introductory meeting with the boss of the leader and the executive coach
- Coach will review assessment results with leader
- Coach may complete interviews with various team members in an interview 360 approach, compile a summarized report, and present results to leader
- Leader and coach will create a development plan and begin regular coaching meetings
- Additional resources may be introduced as needed
