- Individually complete the iConnect communications assessment
- Individually complete the on-demand Connecting With People communications training or engage in a group workshop
- Meet as a team to identify individual and team findings from the iConnect assessment, identify teams strengths and development areas, create strategies for being a more effective team, and identify strategies to interact with customers more effectively
